John began his career in the food brokerage industry in 1984 after 5 years in Food Distribution to Restaurants and Pizzerias. Starting as a Retail Sales Rep he advanced to Retail Sales Supervisor, overseeing the New Jersey and New York Sales teams, while also calling on headquarter accounts in New York. In 1998, he became Co-Owner of Douglas Sales along with Ken Atkinson and Roni Potocco and is now Executive Vice President. John is responsible for marketing and sales promotion during March Frozen Food Month. He is on the Committee for the EFRA (Eastern Frosted & Refrigerated Association) Winter Seminars and is a graduate of Morris County College.
